About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer & Social Content Lead to join Flagright, an AI-native financial crime compliance platform used by Fortune 500 companies. In this role, you will own high-quality content production across the funnel, turning SME knowledge into clear, conversion-aware assets and repurposing them for organic social distribution.

Key Responsibilities

→Draft and iterate on various content types including blog posts, handbooks, newsletters, case studies, and product explainers
→Create and execute organic social content across multiple platforms
→Build and maintain a repeatable content system with proper version control and central repository
→Extract insights from sales calls and turn them into structured drafts
→Collaborate with SEO lead on requirements and implement on-page SEO basics
→Maintain content QA checklist for clarity, technical accuracy, and compliance

Requirements

✓Proven experience writing B2B content on technical, product, or process-heavy topics
✓Ability to translate sales and product input into clear writing with minimal supervision
✓Strong written English (near-native / CEFR C1-C2 equivalent) and confident spoken English for interviews
✓Comfortable running structured interviews and synthesizing insights quickly
✓Strong editorial judgment: clarity, structure, precision, and knowing what to cut
✓Able to work fast without getting sloppy: tight turnaround, high accuracy
