About the Role

FL111 Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Senior Research Associate with expertise in Cell and Molecular Biology to play a vital role in developing assays, screening compounds, and integrating mechanism of action. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the next frontier of small molecule medicines in an early-stage biotechnology company.

Key Responsibilities

→Perform mammalian cell culture of both cancer cell lines and primary cells, including generation of genetically modified cell lines
→Establish and run new and existing cell-based and biochemical assays
→Work cross-functionally between in vitro Biology and in vivo pharmacology groups
→Analyze complex datasets, use appropriate statistics, and provide meaningful interpretation
→Collaborate with the team to develop experimental plans, document results in an ELN, and present findings to the team

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in Cell and Molecular Biology or a related field, with at least 2-4 years of laboratory experience in the bio-pharmaceutical industry
✓Experience with plate-based competition biochemical assays, Western analysis, and immunofluorescence
✓Experience with small molecule drug discovery, including compound management
✓Hands-on experience with human/mouse cells (immortalized and primary) and using various delivery technologies
✓Experience with ELN systems and data analysis workflows and database storage and retrieval
