About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team at Flip, an AI employee experience platform. This role focuses on strategic prospecting and building relationships with large-scale enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify key players in the market and spark interest in Flip through creative approaches
- →Build trust and develop potential customers into high-quality opportunities
- →Manage your own customer pipeline and lead discovery calls
- →Work closely with Account Executives to support the sales cycle
- →Gather market insights and collaborate with Product Owners to improve Flip
- →Represent Flip at trade fairs and industry events
Requirements
- ✓At least one year of experience in B2B software or technology sales
- ✓Proven track record of navigating large accounts (10,000+ employees)
- ✓Expertise in personalized multichannel outreach and CRM tools like HubSpot
- ✓Outbound sales drive with a consultative approach
- ✓Fluent in German and English, both in speech and writing
