About the Role
We are looking for an HR Program Manager to join FlixTrain, one of Europe's fastest-growing rail operators. You will take ownership of steering central HR initiatives, managing multiple interconnected projects simultaneously, and ensuring HR structures support the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Steering and co-designing an HR program with multiple parallel projects
- →Designing scalable HR setups for a dynamic growth environment
- →Translating data, scenarios, and business needs into actionable options
- →Managing cross-functional HR topics across the employee lifecycle
- →Coordinating stakeholders across HR functions and operational units
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in project or program management in complex or high-growth environments
- ✓Strong analytical skills and structured working style
- ✓Confidence working with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- ✓Ability to manage multiple initiatives in dynamic environments
- ✓Fluent German (C2) and English (C1), written and spoken
