About the Role
We are looking for an HR Technology Solution Architect to join our Digital Transformation function within the People & Organization department. This role will play a critical part in shaping and delivering complex global HR technology initiatives, combining HR tech expertise, solution architecture, and project execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design scalable HR system architectures and service delivery models
- →Lead global system and vendor transitions
- →Ensure HR technology landscape remains compliant and future-ready
- →Analyze HR processes using BPMN and lean methodologies
- →Scout emerging HR technology solutions and evaluate integration options
- →Lead delivery of high-impact global HR Tech projects
- →Maintain process documentation and run project governance
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in HR Tech transformation
- ✓Strong hands-on experience with Workday architecture implementations
- ✓Experience with system architecture redesigns, integrations, and cloud environments
- ✓Proven experience driving global HR tech initiatives with multi-country stakeholders
- ✓Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, BPMN modelling, and test strategy design
- ✓University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- ✓Certifications in architecture, RPA, Automation, or project management
