About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to join our Implementation team at Flock Safety. In this role, you will oversee the successful delivery and operational health of projects within a designated region, bridging the gap between sales and active service.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage a full book of customers independently from inception to completion
→Balance world-class service with rigorous project execution
→Proactively diagnose systemic issues and optimize processes
→Coordinate cross-functionally with Planning, Supply, Permitting, and Field Operations
→Ensure our suite of products is installed at the right place with the right equipment

Requirements

✓5+ years of operations or project management experience in fast-paced environments
✓Ability to manage complex, multi-party projects with 50+ ongoing priorities
✓Strong business acumen with analytical skills to diagnose root causes
✓Proficiency in data analysis and technical project management tools (Salesforce, SQL)
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✓High degree of creativity, flexibility, and organizational skill
