We are looking for a high-agency recruiter to join our team at Flock Safety, a leading safety technology platform. This role focuses on taking a proactive approach to talent acquisition and security. You will own outcomes not just requisitions, deeply understand the business, influence hiring decisions, and connect your work directly to quality of hire, team performance, and company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage 5-12 requisitions at any given time
- →Consistently make 3-4 hires a month

- →Stay connected through preboarding and early tenure
