About the Role
We are looking for a high-agency recruiter to join our team at Flock Safety, a leading safety technology platform. This role focuses on taking a proactive approach to talent acquisition, ensuring quality of hire, and driving business growth through strategic recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage 5-12 requisitions at any given time
- →Consistently make 3-4 hires per month
- →Influence hiring decisions and connect recruitment work to quality of hire, team performance, and company growth
- →Stay connected through preboarding and early tenure to ensure new hires are set up for success
- →Proactively partner with hiring managers to ensure role clarity, expectations, and readiness
- →Surface early signals and feedback from new hires to improve recruitment processes
- →Travel 5-10% for company offsites
Requirements
- ✓Experience hiring engineering talent at technology companies
- ✓Track record of building new teams, processes, or ways of working
- ✓Reputation as a trusted talent partner
- ✓Strong self-direction and organization skills
- ✓Comfort using data to spot issues early and guide decisions
- ✓Positive, helpful presence for candidates, hiring managers, and teammates
- ✓Focus on how new hires ramp and perform in their first 90 days
