About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Vendor Services Program Manager to join Flock Safety, a leading safety technology platform. You will be responsible for delivering efficiency, cost, and quality improvements across our network of vendors, ensuring they have the infrastructure and operational processes in place to scale with our rapidly growing business.

Key Responsibilities

→Identify opportunities to improve existing operations workflows, driving better quality outcomes for customers while lowering costs for the business.
→Hold vendors to a high standard to ensure they deliver great outcomes for our customers efficiently.
→Partner with internal and external stakeholders to solve complex problems in delivering products to our customers.
→Analyze data and build reporting to drive cost improvements across our network of third-party vendors.

Requirements

✓5+ years of experience in a high-growth, high ambiguity, yet operationally rigorous environment.
✓Strong leadership and communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
✓Excellent operational acumen, able to spot deficiencies in current processes and implement scalable improvements.
✓High level of ownership, willing to jump in, help, and own the outcome.
✓Strong bias for action, able to launch solutions quickly, test them, and make changes as needed.
✓Analytics-driven, able to manipulate data to make insights and identify solutions to problems.
