About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team at FloQast. This role focuses on unblocking customers facing technical obstacles across our Accounting Transformation Platform and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own support cases from customers, applying proper prioritization and delivering clear and effective solutions via appropriate communication channels
- →Troubleshoot error messages and unexpected behaviors, unblocking customers by identifying root causes and sharing technical resolutions
- →Perform technical configuration work to optimize customer environments
- →Handle a range of L1, L2, and L3 support cases related to integrations
- →Develop expertise in assigned specialized product features
- →Utilize internal admin tools to retrieve and modify account data
- →Leverage technical tools like session replay, log analysis, and API clients for troubleshooting
- →Contribute to Knowledge Base articles
- →Participate in daily standups and internal discussions
- →Engage in cross-functional stakeholder meetings
- →Lead or contribute to special projects and initiatives
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in Technical Support, IT, or a related technical field
- ✓High EQ with the ability to assess customer urgency
- ✓Ability to apply critical thinking to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- ✓Strong technical aptitude with complex products
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Team-first attitude and experience working cross-functionally
- ✓Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
