About the Role

We are looking for a creative Motion Designer to join our team at FloSports, a leader in digital streaming for underserved sports. This role focuses on creating visually engaging sports content that captivates audiences across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

→Conceptualize, design, and execute captivating motion graphics for broadcast, digital media, and social channels
→Produce high-quality sports-related videos from storyboard creation to final editing
→Ensure all motion design work aligns with brand guidelines
→Enhance user engagement through creative animations
→Mentor junior designers and foster team growth
→Stay updated with motion design trends and technologies
→Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

✓Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in motion design
✓Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating animations and videos
✓Genuine passion for sports and in-depth understanding of various sports
✓Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or similar tools
✓Strong creative vision and storytelling ability
✓Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✓Attention to detail
✓Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
✓Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, or related field preferred
