Project Manager at Flow

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, design, procurement, construction, and handover of real estate development projects. This role ensures projects meet global standards for cost, schedule, quality, sustainability, brand consistency, and customer experience while acting as the owner's representative and coordinating between various teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• →Drive the entire project lifecycle from feasibility to design, procurement, construction, and handover
• →Translate development strategy, brand standards, and product positioning into clear project requirements
• →Procure and manage consultants, engineers, contractors, and suppliers across multiple geographies
• →Control budgets, cost plans, procurement strategy, cash flow, and variation exposure
• →Coordinate all design stages ensuring compliance with global brand standards
• →Manage regulatory approvals and ensure compliance with local building codes and international benchmarks
• →Track construction progress, quality, safety, sustainability, and risk
• →Support sales, marketing, and product development teams with accurate information and technical alignment
• →Ensure operational readiness, documentation, and seamless handover to property management
• →Manage different development categories including ground-up construction, conversions, and third-party conversions
