About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join the Service Division at FLYNN GROUP OF COMPANIES, focusing on commercial roofing repairs and maintenance. This key position will act as an Account Manager for new and existing clients, building relationships with Building Owners, Property Managers, and Business owners.
Key Responsibilities
- →Help grow and build the Roofing Service business through networking events
- →Work with the National team to build local presence and assist in local relationships with national clients
- →Regular follow-up on quotes
- →Plan and attend client meetings in various locations
- →Work with Local and National teams to promote Flynn’s brand and services
Requirements
- ✓Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
- ✓Prior Commercial Sales experience required, preferably with Property Managers, Building/Bus. Owners
- ✓Experienced in using computer programs such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Project
- ✓Clear understanding of contract documents
