About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Compliance Analyst to support our Compliance Leaders in the Asia Pacific region. This role involves hands-on work with core compliance operations including KYC, transaction monitoring, fraud monitoring, sanctions screening, and regulatory support.
Key Responsibilities
- →Review and validate client onboarding data and documentation within internal systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of KYC elements
- →Participate in the weekly rotation of core compliance operations, including transaction monitoring, agent due diligence, and supporting structured task delegation
- →Conduct periodic KYC refreshes for existing clients, ensuring updated documentation and ongoing due diligence
- →Perform transaction monitoring and investigative reviews to identify unusual payment patterns or potentially fraudulent activity
- →Support sanctions screening processes, including reviewing and resolving potential matches against international watchlists
- →Assist with regulatory and licensing-related requirements, including preparation and submission of Suspicious Activity Reports
- →Contribute to compliance assurance and audit readiness efforts, including internal quality assurance testing
Requirements
- ✓Strong foundation in AML and regulatory compliance
- ✓Experience in back-office compliance operations within a financial services or payments environment
- ✓Knowledge of KYC processes, transaction monitoring, and sanctions screening
- ✓Ability to conduct thorough investigative reviews and due diligence
