About the Role

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Director to join Fonoa, a company transforming how digital-first companies stay tax compliant. This leadership role will drive revenue growth and operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

→Design and implement best-in-class sales processes, tools, and methodologies
→Develop and manage sales enablement initiatives for the team
→Support end-to-end revenue forecasting and develop reporting frameworks
→Analyze Total Addressable Market (TAM) to identify growth opportunities
→Partner with marketing to align on demand generation and campaign effectiveness
→Lead quarterly objectives planning sessions and company-wide roll-out
→Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Revenue Operations team

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
✓Significant leadership experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related function
✓Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency in enterprise organizations
✓Expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and analytics
✓Strong knowledge of Salesforce, BI platforms (Looker, Tableau), and other revenue-related tools
✓Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
