About the Role
Fora is seeking its first Senior Analytics Engineer to help scale data modeling, curation, and delivery across the company. This foundational role will establish analytics engineering standards and create trusted data marts to provide timely insights to analysts and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and mature Fora’s analytics transformation layer, including data models and systems
- →Build modern analytics foundations that power AI-driven insights
- →Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements
- →Improve data quality, reliability, and performance
- →Promote a culture of data excellence through mentorship
- →Contribute to Data team strategy and analytics best practices
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in data analytics, including 2+ in analytics engineering
- ✓Advanced SQL skills and experience with Python
- ✓Experience with dbt projects in production
- ✓Hands-on experience with data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks)
- ✓Familiarity with modern BI tools and data ingestion/orchestration tools
- ✓Experience using LLM tools
- ✓Strong cross-functional communication skills
