About the Role
We are looking for a Health and Safety Specialist to ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards. This role focuses on maintaining a safe work environment and implementing continuous improvement measures.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute all health and safety regulations and requirements.
- →Ensure compliance with employee safety, occupational health laws, and group internal requirements. Identify actual or potential risks in employee safety and health areas and take improvement measures.
- →Follow IKEA Industrial Health and Safety Manual and action plans, as well as local health and safety laws and regulations, to establish and implement factory-specific standards and rules for proactive responses.
- →Lead internal and external audits and inspections in the health and safety field, such as EHSG, IWAY, and government department inspections, and continuously improve based on inspection results.
- →Provide training and work support to managers and employees in the health and safety field.
- →Lead and collaborate with various functional departments to conduct various safety risk assessments, implement safety operation standards, and track safety culture tools.
- →Follow up and improve emergency response plans for production safety.
- →Lead and support the investigation of safety and health accidents and follow up on rectification measures.
- →Responsible for health and safety-related KPI reporting and statistical analysis, providing support to management for making decisions on safety culture building.
