About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join Formlabs, a company that builds tools for 3D printing technology. This role involves building and evolving the Dashboard, a web platform that helps customers manage their Formlabs 3D printing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Be a foundational engineer for Dashboard and backend infrastructure
- →Develop reliable and scalable web applications using Python and Django
- →Develop user-facing frontend features, collaborating with Marketing and Design teams
- →Contribute to the architecture and best practices
Requirements
- ✓Professional experience building, shipping, and maintaining production web applications
- ✓Strong collaboration skills and enthusiasm for working with cross-functional partners
- ✓A pragmatic engineering mindset with a solid grasp of trade-offs between speed, quality, and long-term maintainability
- ✓A primary-owner mentality, taking pride in the code you write and driving projects to completion
- ✓Proficiency in Python/Django, along with experience using modern frontend libraries such as React
- ✓A high bar for code quality, with habits around writing clear, well-documented, and testable code
- ✓Curiosity and adaptability, comfortable stepping outside your comfort zone and learning new tools or domains
