About the RoleΒ
Weβre looking for a Talent Specialist (European Markets) to support hiring across key regions in Europe. Based in London, youβll play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across multiple markets, partnering closely with hiring managers to scale high-performing, international teams. From finding and engaging great candidates to running interview processes and closing hires, youβll play a key role in building the teams that drive our growth.

What Youβll Be Doing
β’ Partner with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment across multiple European markets
β’ Proactively source, engage, and attract top talent across diverse geographies
β’ Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for priority and high-impact roles
β’ Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process
β’ Use data, market insights, and hiring trends to inform and optimise recruitment strategies
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support scalable and efficient hiring processes
β’ Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on market dynamics, talent availability, and hiring best practices
What We're Looking For
β’ Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a high-growth or international environment
β’ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
β’ Experience hiring across multiple European markets is highly desirable
β’ Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
β’ Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action

Interview Process
β’ Screening Call (30 mins) β Video-call with a member from the Talent Team
β’ Skills Interview (45 mins) β Video-call with our Global Head of Talent
β’ Final Stage (60 mins, in-person) β Meet the wider People & Talent team and present a short task
We aim to complete the interview process and provide feedback within two weeks.
