Accelerating the transition to a circular economy
We are proud to be an active contributor in the circular economy through container deposit recycling schemes. We help our scheme partners to recycle close to 10 million drink containers every day, diverting them from landfill into the circular economy.
Our technology and services enable the circular lifecycle of drink containers. We have a large in-house software engineering team using modern technology stacks to develop and support our products. As well as a suite of SaaS products, our range of business services includes accounting, payments, brand & marketing, materials trading, HR, customer service and support.
CES was formed in 2017 as a joint venture between Lion and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners and has grown rapidly. About the role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us grow our Manila team, as part of a rare opportunity to expand our team in the Philippines. This is a really exciting opportunity to help shape the build of our new Manila office.
This is a high-impact role focused on hiring specialist and hard-to-fill roles that are critical to our growth. You will partner closely with hiring managers across Manila and Sydney, taking full ownership of hiring outcomes and helping shape how we build and scale in the Philippines.
This is an opportunity to operate with a high level of autonomy, directly influencing how we attract and hire top talent in a new and growing market.
Key Deliverables
- Own end-to-end hiring for specialist and hard-to-fill roles, from role scoping through to offer and close
- Define, shape and run scalable hiring processes. Partnering with key hiring managers and teams to hire roles that will define our success in building our Manila office
- Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage passive talent, with a strong emphasis on direct sourcing over inbound applications
- Building our presence as an exciting International Eco-Tech focused business to work for in Manila as a draw for top talent in the city through hands-on, targeted approaches
- Working with hiring managers both locally and in Sydney to build and execute healthy pipelines, to ultimately hire great talent within agreed timeframes
- Use data and insights to identify bottlenecks, improve funnel performance, and drive continuous improvement in hiring outcomes
About you
- 3+ years working in-house as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with experience recruiting within Technology-focused companies with international presence and previous agency experience as a preference
- Ability to work on roles end-to-end without little to no supervision. Utilising data driven insights and reflections to determine next steps and course corrections with hiring teams
- Demonstrated experience working ideally recruiting niche, technology that require a large amount of sourcing
- Evidenced experience in improving hiring processes, including deep care taken in candidate experience
- Ability to grow employer brand presence for CES in Manila, previous experience in growing a team in Manila for an international business from scratch is a plus
- Able to operate with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment with curiosity demonstrated
