About the Role
We are looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to join our team at Freshworks. This role focuses on building relationships with mid-sized businesses to enhance their employee experience with thoughtful, human-centered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Be a trusted advisor, leading value-based conversations with mid-market customers
- →Drive smart growth by building and managing a healthy pipeline
- →Navigate with empathy, working closely with buying teams
- →Own the deal, managing and closing mid-sized opportunities
- →Collaborate across teams including Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success
Requirements
- ✓Passion for building relationships and solving meaningful problems
- ✓Experience working with mid-sized businesses (500 - 1,000 employees)
- ✓Strong consultative approach to guide customers through the buying journey
- ✓Ability to connect customer needs with tools that empower teams
- ✓Experience with IT service management, onboarding, and employee engagement
- ✓Please note this is a hybrid role with onsite expectations of 3x/week (Tues - Thurs) from our Boston, MA headquarters.
