We are looking for a Sales Manager - Account Manager to nurture relationships and drive growth within our existing account portfolio. This role focuses on championing Freshworks’ products and helping organizations achieve stronger outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute customer-focused account plans exceeding revenue targets
- →Be a strategic partner, understanding customer challenges and connecting solutions to real-world outcomes
- →Lead and close complex enterprise deals with mastery
- →Work with colleagues across Customer Success, Implementations, Billing, Deal Desk, Pre-Sales, and Marketing
- →Drive net revenue retention by identifying expansion and cross-sell opportunities
