About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in London. This role focuses on retaining and developing our existing customers as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as the primary point of contact for mid-market and enterprise customers
- →Develop Account Plans with Account Managers to drive Freshworks adoption
- →Partner with Account Managers to identify and close expansion opportunities
- →Deliver seamless 360-degree support by working with professional services, support, and partners
- →Build in-depth relationships with customers to understand their business goals
- →Advocate our ‘Customers for Life’ philosophy to C-level stakeholders
- →Provide coaching and education to improve Freshworks product adoption
- →Identify successful customers and turn them into advocates
- →Introduce new products and features based on customer needs
- →Collaborate with internal stakeholders to complete customer goals
Requirements
- ✓Experience in customer success or related field
- ✓Strong understanding of client business and industry trends
- ✓Ability to act as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor
- ✓Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- ✓Knowledge of Freshworks platform and its features
- ✓Experience with value assessment frameworks and ROI models
- ✓Ability to quantify impact and demonstrate value
- ✓Experience with account planning and expansion strategies
- ✓Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
