About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join Freshworks. This role involves designing resilient, distributed systems and highly optimized user interfaces, bridging the gap from database schemas to the final UI.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implement robust, scalable systems by connecting distributed microservices to modern micro-frontends
- →Apply deep product sense to technical decisions, ensuring architectures map to user value and business metrics
- →Elevate engineering culture by enforcing SOLID design principles and establishing CI/CD standards
- →Design end-to-end working systems, drive API design, and database modelling for high availability
- →Lead application-level UI architecture using JavaScript/TypeScript
- →Build and optimize full-stack components for smooth data flow
- →Set up system monitoring and define critical metrics
- →Collaborate with Product Managers and design teams as a technical leader
Requirements
- ✓Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
- ✓Knowledge of API design and database modelling
- ✓Understanding of microservices and micro-frontends
- ✓Familiarity with CI/CD standards and SOLID design principles
- ✓Experience with frontend architecture and state management
- ✓Ability to design systems for high availability and fault tolerance
- ✓Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
