About the Role
We are looking for engineers to join our Foundations team at Front, the leading AI-powered customer service platform. This team is responsible for building and maintaining the frameworks and systems that other teams use to create customer-facing functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build frameworks and libraries for shared use across teams
- →Design and implement distributed systems with focus on reliability, observability, and performance
- →Collaborate with other engineering teams on technical requirements and solutions
- →Contribute to Front’s backend architecture and development patterns
