About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our Product Services team at Frontify. This role is responsible for leading and coordinating the post-sales implementation journey for new customers, ensuring they are operationally and technically prepared for a successful onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and coordinate the post-sales implementation journey for new customers
- →Act as the primary point of contact during the critical transition phase
- →Align stakeholders, clarify requirements, and drive implementation milestones forward
- →Proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure all prerequisites are in place
- →Coordinate asset migrations, implementation kick-offs, and cross-functional delivery
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in SaaS implementation, delivery, or Professional Services roles
- ✓Strong project or program management skills across multiple teams
- ✓Experience owning post-sale delivery phases or complex handovers
- ✓Client-facing experience leading implementation or delivery kick-offs
- ✓Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- ✓Interest in shaping and evolving processes
- ✓Sufficient technical fluency to understand DAM / content platform concepts
- ✓Experience with DAM, CMS, PIM, or MarTech platforms
- ✓Experience working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams
- ✓Exposure to integrations (SSO, CMS, APIs) at a coordination level
- ✓Experience helping define or scale delivery or implementation processes
- ✓Background in digital agencies, consultancies, or platform implementations
- ✓PMP Certification
