About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Director to join Fueled's content and publishing team. This role focuses on shaping the creative vision and design quality of impactful content-driven web experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the creative and strategic vision across content and publishing projects
- →Lead and elevate the visual expression of client brands across digital experiences
- →Partner directly with clients to understand their goals and co-create solutions
- →Facilitate collaborative workshops and guide design processes
- →Unite cross-functional teams with strong communication in a remote agency environment
- →Push creative boundaries through thoughtful experimentation
- →Serve as the most senior leader of Fueled's Visual and User Experience Design functions
Requirements
- ✓8+ years in product design with a portfolio demonstrating range
- ✓Experience designing enterprise-level digital products in content publishing, e-commerce, or SaaS
- ✓Fluency across visual design, UX, and research
- ✓Strong perspective on processes and systems that differentiate great design work
- ✓Experience building modular design systems and working within CMS platforms
- ✓Ability to mentor and grow designers at all levels
- ✓Experience building and scaling visual design and UX teams in an agency environment
