About the Role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Core Payments team at Fullscript, an industry-leading health technology company. This role requires blending deep technical leadership with people leadership to manage the end-to-end ecommerce experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead a cross-functional Product Engineering pod responsible for payments
- →Collaborate across Fullscript’s engineering organization as a technical authority for payments-related decisions
- →Own the checkout experience end to end, from cart to confirmation
- →Design and maintain integrations with payment processing platforms such as Stripe
- →Build and evolve connections to financial systems and fulfillment platforms
- →Ensure payment flows are secure, auditable, and highly reliable
- →Balance feature delivery with the operational rigor required for revenue-critical systems
Requirements
- ✓Experience leading payment or transaction-critical systems
- ✓Understanding of payment integrations such as Stripe or similar platforms
- ✓Comfort moving between technical and people management scope
- ✓Strong judgment in high-reliability, high-stakes environments
- ✓Proven ability to partner closely with finance and operations stakeholders
