About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join Fyxer, a company redefining email with applied AI. As we scale from 20 to 50+ engineers, you will ensure every hire raises the bar and build the highest-performing engineering team in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- →Run end-to-end recruitment across Platform, Product & Growth Engineering, Data, ML/AI
- →Source exceptional candidates proactively, creatively, and continuously
- →Build and manage a high-quality pipeline at all times
- →Partner with hiring managers to define roles and craft briefs
- →Design and maintain a rigorous, fast, and candidate-friendly hiring process
- →Track and report on funnel metrics
- →Work directly with the CTO Co-Founder and VP Engineering on headcount planning
Requirements
- ✓4+ years in technical recruiting with a strong track record hiring software engineers, ML engineers, or data engineers
- ✓Experience operating inside a high-growth startup
- ✓Exceptional sourcer who proactively finds the best people
- ✓Ability to hold conversations with engineers and understand their needs
- ✓Highly organized, data-driven, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- ✓Obsessive about candidate experience
- ✓Direct, honest, and able to push back on hiring managers when needed
