About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Product Leader to join our team at GeneDx. In this role, you will lead strategic and tactical efforts to automate report writing workflows, working closely with engineering teams to make our reporting software more scalable and cost-effective while delivering industry-leading diagnostic capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Establish and communicate a strategic vision and product roadmap for clinical reporting at GeneDx
- →Ensure predictable and low-risk delivery to end users by supporting coordination across clinical operations and customer experience platforms
- →Become an expert in GeneDx’s products and the workflows that deliver them
- →Be a supportive and innovative strategic partner for collaborators in our operations teams
- →Demonstrate leadership, collaboration, and influence skills by making decisions about reporting initiatives
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience leading product management, product development, engineering, or operations in genetic diagnostics
- ✓Experience breaking down complex human processes into operational workflows
- ✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓High intellectual curiosity and ability to solve customer needs
- ✓Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change under pressure
- ✓Familiarity with healthcare data interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7) is a plus
