About the Role
We are looking for a software engineer to join General Medicine and help build a healthcare store that simplifies shopping for various types of care. This role involves creating a seamless consumer healthcare product with upfront pricing for virtual and in-person visits, prescriptions, labs, imaging, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and scale a healthcare store that makes shopping for care simple
- →Design and implement features for a consumer healthcare product
- →Integrate with EHRs and manage revenue cycle operations
- →Write product requirements documents and SQL for feature performance analysis
- →Own QA processes and collaborate with design, operations, and clinical stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience building web apps as a full-stack engineer
- ✓Proficiency in modern tech stack including AWS, Ruby on Rails, and NextJS
- ✓Experience with EHRs and revenue cycle management
- ✓Ability to operate in an environment of significant ambiguity
- ✓Comfortable working closely with design, operations, and clinical stakeholders
