About the Role
We are looking for a revenue-focused Business Development Manager to drive new commercial opportunities across the sportsbook and betting sectors in Latin America. This high-impact sales role requires identifying new prospects and matching Genius Sports’ products and services to deliver real value.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive new commercial opportunities in the sportsbook and betting sectors
- →Identify new prospects and understand their business challenges

- →Represent Genius Sports at conferences, meetings, and industry events
- →Collaborate with internal teams to deliver winning solutions for betting partners
Requirements
- ✓Proven success in B2B consultative sales
- ✓Existing experience in a similar role within the Betting industry
- ✓Fluency in both Spanish & English languages
- ✓Experience closing six-figure (or higher) deals
- ✓Demonstrated success selling bespoke solutions or complex products
- ✓Strong commercial creativity and deal-making skills
- ✓Excellent communication and presentation skills
- ✓Solid numerical, analytical, and organizational skills
- ✓A collaborative team player
- ✓A genuine interest in sports
- ✓Willingness and ability to travel within Latin America
