About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join the Client Services team at Genius Sports. This role involves cultivating strong partnerships and ensuring clients see consistent value from their investments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and execute tailored account plans that align with client KPIs
- →Identify growth opportunities and lead upsell and cross-sell conversations
- →Serve as the day-to-day expert on multi-channel strategies
- →Build strong, multi-level relationships within accounts
- →Proactively identify at-risk signals and work with internal teams to ensure long-term retention
Requirements
- ✓2+ years in Customer Success or Account Management or Media Planning within the AdTech or Digital Media space
- ✓Solid understanding of the programmatic ecosystem
- ✓Commercial mindset with experience in building client relationships
- ✓Ability to extract narratives from data and provide actionable insights
- ✓Resilience and agility to pivot between account strategy and administrative requirements
- ✓Cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Ad Ops, BI, Creative, and Product teams
- ✓Previous experience or strong interest in RMG (Real Money Gaming) or iGaming is a plus
