About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager, Fabrication Services to join our growing team at GPJ. This role requires on-site presence at our Nashville office, working 5 days per week. You will be responsible for estimating specific aspects of our services, managing logistics, and ensuring accurate cost reconciliation throughout projects.

Key Responsibilities

• →Estimate specific aspects of services, including time needed for fabrication producers, floor planning, and project management tasks
• →Manage logistics and trucking, including warehouse inspections and rental costs
• →Compile floor plans, setup drawings, checklists, installation timelines, and copies of services and labor orders
• →Track estimates prepared versus actual job costs for accurate cost reconciliation
• →Assist in project closeout, ensuring all loose ends are tied up and budgets are reconciled
• →Support supervision management by assigning supervisors and handling travel bookings
• →Approve time for supervisors while they're onsite
• →Assist with project-related research as required
