About the Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team at GESS, one of Singapore's leading international schools. This role focuses on developing high-quality visual communication that inspires and engages our diverse school community.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and prioritize design requests through the Design Request Portal
- →Lead assigned design projects from concept to completion
- →Apply and safeguard the school’s visual corporate identity across all outputs
- →Develop and maintain design templates and frameworks
- →Conceptualize and produce high-impact visual content for print and digital platforms
- →Provide creative guidance on visual storytelling and external content strategy
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with communication objectives
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in designing for print media including flyers, posters, and booklets
- ✓Strong experience in digital design including e-banners, PDFs, and web layouts
- ✓Experience with AI-powered design tools
- ✓Basic experience in freehand drawing or digital illustration
- ✓Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- ✓Experience using Canva for rapid prototyping and team-based design workflows
- ✓Confident use of macOS workstations
- ✓Working knowledge of DSLR cameras and camcorders
- ✓Fundamental understanding of web design and HTML
- ✓Familiarity with Content Management Systems, experience with WordPress is an advantage
