About the Role
We are looking for a Creator Program Manager to join Vocal Media. This role involves executing cross-platform influencer campaigns and leading relationships with client organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, execute, and manage large-scale digital marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Substack, and other platforms
- →Manage client relationships and prepare for weekly client calls
- →Manage 1-3 campaign staff members
- →Provide strategic support and feedback to direct reports
- →Serve as a strategic subject matter expert on the creator economy and social content strategy
- →Analyze campaign metrics and adjust strategy as needed
- →Develop and present post-campaign reports to clients
- →Work closely with digital creators to develop engaging content
- →Strategize with colleagues and clients to innovate on content and processes
- →Stay up-to-date on current events and trends in the content creation industry
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of professional experience in social media strategy and content creation
- ✓Experience leading client management and managing direct reports
- ✓Overseeing complex programs with $1M+ budgets
- ✓Passion for intersectional progressive issues and strong cultural competency
- ✓Deep understanding of the social media landscape and working with content creators
- ✓Great organizational and communication skills
- ✓Confident communicator with a client services focus
- ✓Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines
- ✓Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with variable hours
