About the Role
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join a Series B B2B SaaS business based in London. This role will be the operational backbone of the commercial team, owning the systems, processes, data, and reporting that enable Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to work effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the CRM (HubSpot) and revenue tech stack, ensuring data integrity, process discipline, and effective adoption across the commercial team.
- →Design and maintain dashboards and reports that give leadership visibility into pipeline, conversion, churn, and revenue performance.
- →Build and refine processes for lead routing, deal management, contract operations, and renewal workflows.
- →Support annual and quarterly planning by providing accurate forecasts, capacity models, and performance benchmarks.
- →Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to identify and resolve friction points in the revenue process.
Requirements
- ✓3–6 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a business operations role within a SaaS or technology business.
- ✓Strong command of CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and comfort with data analysis and reporting.
- ✓Process-oriented thinker, able to identify inefficiency and design clean, scalable solutions.
- ✓Clear communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- ✓Experience supporting a scaling go-to-market team in a Series A–C environment is a strong advantage.
