About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Manager to join a fast-scaling consumer health and wellness business headquartered in London. This role will own end-to-end operational delivery, spanning fulfilment, logistics, third-party partnerships, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the operational performance of the fulfilment and logistics function, managing KPIs, SLAs, and root cause resolution for service failures.
- →Lead relationships with third-party logistics providers and fulfilment partners, including contract negotiations and performance reviews.
- →Identify and implement process improvements that reduce cost, increase speed, and improve customer experience.
- →Build operational dashboards and reporting frameworks to give leadership real-time visibility into delivery performance.
- →Partner with the Product and Technology teams to ensure operational requirements are embedded in system and tooling decisions.
Requirements
- ✓5–8 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or consulting, with direct ownership of operational delivery in a consumer or healthcare business.
- ✓Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data to diagnose problems and build business cases for change.
- ✓Proven ability to manage external vendors and hold third parties to account on performance.
- ✓Excellent project management capability, able to run multiple improvement initiatives simultaneously.
- ✓Experience in a high-growth, founder-led business is an advantage.
