About the Role
We are partnering with an organization in the Atlanta area seeking an experienced Manager of FP&A for a contract engagement. This role will support critical budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting initiatives during a key business period.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles during the contract period
- →Develop and refine financial models to support operational and strategic initiatives
- →Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and provide actionable insights
- →Prepare executive reporting and present findings to leadership
- →Support process improvements and reporting efficiencies
- →Partner with Accounting to ensure alignment between actuals and forecasts

Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- ✓6+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
- ✓Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
- ✓Experience working in ERP systems
- ✓Ability to quickly learn systems and business processes
- ✓Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
