About the Role
We are looking for a Project Delivery Planner to join our team. This role involves defining project scope, managing timelines, and ensuring successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals
- →Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
- →Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
- →Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes
- →Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
- →Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
- →Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involve parties
Requirements
- ✓Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders
- ✓Track project milestones and deliverables
- ✓Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and documentation
- ✓Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team
- ✓Proactively manage changes in project scope and devise contingency plans
- ✓Build and grow business relationships vital to project success
- ✓Report and escalate issues to management as needed
- ✓Perform risk assessment and identify potential risks
- ✓Manage Projects Resources
- ✓Determine and assess need for additional staff or consultants
- ✓Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
- ✓Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
- ✓Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members
