This role involves shaping the technical direction of backend systems, leading complex projects, and making architectural decisions that affect the entire platform.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- ✓7+ years of backend engineering experience
- ✓Track record of leading complex projects

- ✓Ability to turn vague problems into clear technical approaches
- ✓Excellent coding skills with high standards for others
- ✓Experience with hard problems and comfort with uncertainty
- ✓Hands-on experience with scaling systems
