About the Role

We are looking for a Program Manager, Field Enablement Content to join GitLab's Field Enablement team. This role involves designing and delivering scalable enablement programs that help customer-facing teams build confidence in GitLab's DevOps, Security, and AI-powered platform story.

Key Responsibilities

→Own the strategy and roadmap for Field Enablement Content programs focused on GitLab's DevOps, Security, and AI-powered platform story
→Lead cross-functional enablement programs for product launches, new offerings, packaging changes, and release readiness
→Build and maintain role-based enablement assets such as playbooks, talk tracks, pitch materials, demo flows, technical labs, and assessments
→Design blended learning experiences for field and partner audiences
→Develop and manage accreditations, certifications, and validation programs
→Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, Solutions Architecture, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Monetization, and Enablement Leads
→Publish and organize content in platforms such as Highspot and Cornerstone
→Measure program effectiveness through engagement, completion, assessment, and field feedback data

Requirements

✓Demonstrated experience in sales enablement, technical enablement, learning and development, product marketing, solutions architecture, or a related role
✓Experience creating and delivering enablement for customer-facing audiences
✓Familiarity with DevOps, Security, or DevSecOps concepts
✓Strong instructional design skills and experience building scalable learning programs
✓Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs
✓Experience creating a range of enablement materials
✓Comfort using enablement and learning platforms
✓Data-informed mindset, strong written and verbal communication skills
