About the Role
We are looking for an inbound and outbound Sales Development Representative to join our team at Givebutter. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our prospective nonprofit customers, playing a critical role in driving the growth of our sales pipeline by generating and qualifying leads.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify and research ideal nonprofit prospects using tools like LinkedIn, HubSpot, and other databases
- →Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and social channels to connect with potential clients
- →Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives
- →Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaign execution and lead nurturing
- →Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM (HubSpot)
- →Continuously optimize outreach strategies based on performance metrics and feedback
- →Stay informed about Givebutter’s features, customer stories, and the nonprofit fundraising space
Requirements
- ✓1+ years of experience in a sales or outreach role (SaaS or nonprofit tech is a plus)
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Desire to learn, adapt, and continuously improve qualification and sales skills
- ✓Skillful in managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and a high-volume workload
- ✓Self-starter with a growth mindset and a drive to exceed targets
- ✓Ability to work effectively with other team members, including the marketing, customer success, and sales teams
- ✓Highly organized and detail-oriented with experience using a CRM
- ✓Passion for social impact and supporting nonprofit organizations
- ✓Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment
