About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide in Buchanan Dam, TX to provide daily living and personal care services in patients' homes according to physician-established care plans. This is a 1099 contract opportunity with shifts from 6pm to 12am, 7 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• →Provide direct patient care within the patient's home under RN direction and according to the Aide Plan of Care
• →Appropriately report changes in patient condition to the RN/care team and document pertinent information
• →Practice in accordance with accepted infection control principles and provide a clean, safe environment
• →Provide necessary assistance with light housekeeping, meal preparation, nutrition, and fluid intake
• →Promote positive, supportive communication with patients, caregivers, families, and other employees
• →Assist patients with safe transfers and ambulation per agency policies
• →Complete yearly education hours
