About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the Helotes, TX area to administer patient care in accordance with physician-established care plans. This is a 1099 contract opportunity providing care at the patient's residence, with shifts Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm and PRN availability Friday through Sunday.

Key Responsibilities

• →Execute physician-prescribed plans of care
• →Complete compliant documentation of care provided in the system of record
• →Manage and administer prescribed medication, treatment, and therapies
• →Perform various activities associated with daily living
• →Monitor for changes in the patient's condition, such as weight loss/gain and disease progression indicators
• →Communicate with family members, physicians, case managers, and other prescribed individuals regarding patient health
• →Provide one-on-one care in the patient's home to ensure a comfortable environment
• →Collaborate with and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and Personal Care Attendants
• →Perform other personal care services as necessary to meet patient needs
