About the Role
Glean is seeking a Field Marketing Manager, ANZ, based out of Sydney, to support regional marketing strategy in Australia and New Zealand. The ideal candidate will drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales through field marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Plan, organize, and execute owned events, roundtables, conferences, webinars, and promotional activities to generate leads and drive sales pipeline
- →Help build and execute strategic plans to meet pipeline goals
- →Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and lead tracking for events
- →Collaborate with sales and product/content marketing teams
- →Lead strategic partnerships and co-marketing initiatives
- →Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns
- →Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs
- →Track field marketing budget and provide regular reports
- →Prepare regular reports for senior management
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience in ANZ field marketing, event management, or related role
- ✓Experience in working on all marketing pillars – acquisition, expansion, and foundational
- ✓Strong project and time management skills
- ✓Proficiency in marketing software and tools
- ✓Creative mindset to drive innovative event experiences
- ✓Results-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes
