About the Role
We are looking for an English-fluent Senior Fullstack Engineer to join GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company that connects world-class developers from Latin America with global companies. This is a remote position requiring exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to development.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React, Python/Django, and GraphQL
- →Translate business requirements into scalable, reliable, and efficient product features
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues
- →Ensure application stability by debugging and fixing production issues
- →Contribute to system reliability by supporting AWS infrastructure and deployment pipelines
- →Participate in asynchronous development workflows, including code reviews
- →Work independently, managing priorities and delivering high-quality solutions
- →Continuously improve code quality, performance, and development best practices
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer
- ✓Strong fullstack background with React (frontend), GO, Python/Django (backend), and GraphQL
- ✓Exposure to DevOps, including understanding AWS systems and infrastructure
- ✓Ability to debug environment and deployment issues
- ✓Strong debugging skills, particularly in diagnosing and resolving production issues
