About the Role
We are looking for an Affiliate Channel Compliance Specialist to join our growing team at HighLevel. This role will serve as the primary decision driver for compliance-related issues within our affiliate channel, working across multiple departments to ensure policy adherence and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the affiliate channel escalation process, serving as the primary decision driver for compliance-related issues
- →Actively investigate potential affiliate violations by gathering evidence, auditing traffic sources, and validating promotional methods
- →Drive cross-functional reviews with Affiliate, Legal, Finance, and Investor Relations teams to align on risk assessment and outcomes
- →Serve as the final escalation point for affiliate-related compliance issues
- →Advocate for and recommend enforcement decisions, including warnings, restrictions, or removal from the affiliate program
- →Proactively monitor affiliate activity and identify emerging risk patterns
- →Execute detailed traffic audits to determine source legitimacy and compliance
- →Run point on legal and compliance tasks tied to affiliate activity
- →Produce clear, defensible documentation that supports decisions
- →Build and refine workflows for escalation, investigation, and enforcement
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, compliance, trust & safety, risk analysis, operations, or a legal-adjacent role
- ✓Strong investigative and analytical instincts
- ✓Demonstrated experience evaluating policy-driven or compliance-related issues
- ✓Hands-on experience reviewing or investigating activity within a digital channel
- ✓Proven ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and arrive at clear conclusions
- ✓Experience working cross-functionally with various teams
- ✓Strong written documentation skills
- ✓Comfort taking ownership of outcomes and following issues through to resolution
- ✓Working knowledge of affiliate marketing practices, traffic sources, and common risk vectors
