About the Role
HighLevel is seeking a Senior Financial Analytics Manager to join the FP&A team. This hands-on role drives the financial data and analytics foundation for reporting, forecasting, and public company readiness initiatives. You will act as connective tissue between Finance and Business data, building scalable frameworks for precision and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- βOwn financial data and analytics infrastructure for forecasting, reporting, and IPO-readiness
- βDesign, build, and maintain data products including models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
- βLead KPI stewardship for ARR, GRR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and other core SaaS metrics
- βWrite and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and transform large datasets
- βPartner cross-functionally with FP&A, Accounting, BI, and Data Engineering
- βDrive development of scalable, automated analytics processes
- βEstablish and uphold data governance and quality standards within Finance
- βChampion a data-driven culture within Finance as the company scales
Requirements
- βBachelorβs degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- β10+ years total or 8+ years relevant experience in FP&A, Data Analytics, or hybrid role in high-growth SaaS
- βAdvanced SQL proficiency required; experience with data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) strongly preferred
- βDeep understanding of financial data structures, SaaS metrics, and revenue/billing/expense modeling
- βExperience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and FP&A platforms (e.g., Abacum, Pigment)
- βProven ability to partner cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- βExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication of complex financial data
- βStrong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
