Role Overview
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for our Template Library, Brand Board, and Countdown Timer initiatives.
You'll own the end-to-end product vision for how agency owners, subaccount users, marketers, and end customers create on-brand assets at scale, codify their business DNA, and drive urgency-based conversions inside HighLevel β turning fragmented design assets, brand identity, and conversion tooling into a unified, AI-powered creation ecosystem that spans every product surface.
This is a highly strategic, cross-cutting role with outsized impact on time-to-value, agency monetization, brand consistency, and conversion lift β transforming three foundational platform capabilities into category-defining products that can replace best-in-class point solutions (Canva-class design surfaces, Google Pomelli-style brand systems, Deadline Funnel, and Elfsight).
Β
What You'll Own
1. Strategy & Vision
Own the north-star vision and roadmap for:
Template Library (multi-product, marketplace-ready, AI-enhanced creation engine)
Brand Board (centralized business DNA that flows into every HighLevel product)
Countdown Timer (multi-surface, dynamically synced, conversion-focused engagement primitive)
Translate company strategy into clear, measurable product outcomes (e.g., template adoption, agency template revenue, brand-board attach rate, cross-product asset reuse, timer-driven conversion lift, replacement of third-party tools like Deadline Funnel and Elfsight).
Map and deeply understand the ecosystem: agency owners, agency designers/marketers, subaccount users, end customers, template creators (monetizing agencies), and enterprise stakeholders standardizing brand at scale.
2.Β Product Specific Responsibilities A. Template Library: Own the end-to-end vision for a multi-product template catalog spanning 12+ HighLevel surfaces, from niche-based discovery and agency template monetization to a Canva-class, AI-native creation engine β enabling users to generate, clone, and customize on-brand assets from a prompt or URL.
B. Brand Board: Build and maintain HighLevel's single source of truth for business identity β capturing logos, colors, typography, and voice β and ensure those values propagate automatically across every product surface, with a roadmap toward AI-powered brand extraction, smart drift detection, and generative brand asset creation.
C. Countdown Timer: Own a multi-surface conversion primitive that embeds across funnels, sites, and emails with dynamically synced urgency, expanding into a full conversion platform that replaces Deadline Funnel and Elfsight with evergreen timers, behavioral triggers, smart expiry actions, and measurable conversion analytics.
3. Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership
Translate vision and PRDs (Template Library platform, Brand Board, Countdown Timer) into prioritized, outcome-driven roadmaps and shipped outcomes.
Run structured discovery: customer interviews (agency owners, agency designers, end customers), prototype testing, workflow audits, and competitive analysis (Canva, Figma, Webflow templates, Google Pomelli, Deadline Funnel, Elfsight, and emerging AI design tools).
Collaborate closely with:
Engineering to plan, scope, and deliver platform-quality releases β especially given the cross-product integration surface area
Design to build intuitive, scalable UX for creation, brand setup, and timer configuration
AI/ML to ship generative templates, brand extraction, and clone-any-asset capabilities
Data/Analytics to instrument metrics, prove conversion lift, and measure marketplace and adoption health
Sales/CS/Support to shape enablement, packaging, monetization mechanics, and feedback loops
Partner/Marketplace teams for the agency template monetization motion (creator onboarding, payouts, governance)
Drive alignment and narrative: clearly communicate tradeoffs, decisions, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
What You'll Bring
8+ years in Product Management
Experience in one or more of:
Template, design, or creation products (Canva-class, Figma, Webflow, email/landing-page builders)
Brand systems, design systems, or DAM (digital asset management) products
Marketplace or creator-monetization platforms (template marketplaces, app stores, plugin ecosystems)
Conversion/marketing tools (timers, popups, personalization, A/B testing, urgency widgets)
Cross-product platform surfaces that integrate into many product areas
Strong design and creation product sensibility β you have opinions about editor UX, "make it mine" flows, and what makes a creation product feel magical
Strong analytical and technical fluency:
Comfortable partnering with Engineering/Data/AI on data flows, generative pipelines, and integration patterns
Can define robust metrics for adoption, monetization, and conversion lift
Can reason about APIs, embeds, multi-product integration, and scalable configuration frameworks
Proven track record of moving business metrics (adoption, retention, expansion, monetization, conversion)
Bonus: experience shipping AI-powered creation features, marketplace mechanics, or replacing established third-party tools with native capabilities
Demonstrated ability to lead without authority, influence cross-functional partners, and drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, AI, and GTM
Excellent written and verbal communication; can create crisp narratives for executives and individual contributors
How Success Will Be Measured (First 12 Months)
A clear, aligned 12β18 month roadmap for Template Library, Brand Board, and Countdown Timer is defined and in execution
Meaningful improvements in:
Template adoption and breadth (templates used per account, cross-product template usage, time-to-first-asset)
Agency template monetization (creators onboarded, templates listed, GMV from agency-created templates)
Brand Board attach and propagation (% of accounts with a completed Brand Board, % of assets created using Brand Board values, multi-product reuse)
Countdown Timer adoption and impact (timers deployed across funnels/sites/emails, measurable conversion lift, displacement of Deadline Funnel/Elfsight usage among customers)
AI feature adoption (usage of AI-generated templates, clone-any-asset, brand auto-extraction) β with a credible path to "AI-first" creation
Strong internal adoption and understanding of these capabilities by Sales, CS, and Support (enablement, demos, consistent positioning)
You are seen as the single-threaded owner and strategic leader for creation, brand, and conversion-engagement primitives across the platform
